need plastic piece that covers the 2 din slots

i yanked my radio (will yank my speakers and woofer out later) and installed it into my outback. now i have a 2din sized hole that i want to cover up. does subaru sell a part that does this? or where can i get a piece like this?

i eventually want to cut some of the piece apart to fit in some guages into it.
