I know this has been discussed here before, but I can't find it either

Front: take out the screw that is in armrest/cup thingie. Take out the window switch/lock assembly and disconnect it. There is another screw that you will see in that same location. Take it out. Now remove the trim around the latch handle (this is a little tricky, so take your time with it. Use a small flathead screw driver.)

After that, you can pry of the door panel. Again, take your time and just pull it off from the edges. Once you have done that, just lift it up and off.

I may have missed a step so anyone, feel free to add to this or correct me. It has been a while since I did the speakers in my front doors. The rear is a similar process and there is a little pop screw rivet that you have to take out. You will see it if you just look around the outside of the panel.
