    Question about shifter??

Okay I have a beautiful Momo Race Brushed Aluminum shiftknob and the bladck leather momo shiftboot that screws right into the knob and I am definitely going to put them into the WRX when I pick it up from the dealer next week. They were in my saturn for only about six months and I think its gonna looks really nice with the Momo wheel/brushed peddle covers that the car comes with - so my question is how do I get the shiftknob off and do I have to take apart the center console to switch shiftboots??? I know these are dumb questions but every car comes apart differently and I do not wanna break anything on a brand new car trying to change the shiftboot/knob - thanks - Dan

twist counter clockwise to get the knob off, not sure about the boot.

shoot , I'd hit it at current age, on roof of the car, with cousin driving , neighbor and town priest in the back seat, and that kid from "N.Korea" riding shotgun.

Yeah you have to pop off the center console for the boot. Look here (not a boot tutorial per se):

How do you install the Shift Trims?

I don't know what the momo boot looks like on the bottom, so can't really help you out on putting the boot on. I'm sure it's easy to figure out though. Good luck!
