    Bass link tEh wiN

I installed my basslink last night and I am genuinly impressed with it. I had an explod 800w 2 channel bridged to a 12" pyle tube. The basslink has just as much punch, and sounds much cleaner. It's a very compact unit, and only takes up a very small portion of the trunk. The adjustments on it are very useful, and help in fine tuning. The finish of it is impressive, and they give you many different mounting options, and many different options in hooking it up. I have to give Infinity a tEh wiN on this one

How did the install go. I've been thinking about upgrade the stock stereo and am intrigued by the good reviews you guys are giving this thing. I have the upgraded speakers and sub, which the dealer ate the cost on so no big deal for me. The sub is a joke and I really like a full sound in my car. I'm specifically curious about how you hooked it up and how easy it was.

The hook up was easy for me, but might be a pain for a novice. I tapped into the power from the back of the radio and jumped the constant 12v and remote on the sub with an inline fuse. I tapped into the rear speaker wires (from both sides) and used a line ouput converter to the sub. I'm very happy with the install, and the performance of it.

Geez, this is getting me thinking I need to do something about my paltry assed stock system.

Andrew, mind sharing w/an ICE n00b your costs? I've started reading up here to un-noobmyself.

Is this the kind of equipment I shouldn't be trying to get used?

I bought it on Ebay for $193. brand new in box untouched

Edit: I would assume as long as a used one is in working order it shouldn't be a problem.
