    Removing the Backseat

Does anyone have any instructions on how to take the backseat of an 02 rex out? The reason I ask is I have to take out all of the trunk trim and I'm making an amp rack. Thanks for the help.

There are 2 bolts holding the front down. Take those out and the (butt portion) will slide right out. As for the (back part) I don't know. Hope that helps a little bit.

2 bolts on the lower footwell area. Remove the bottom cushion. Then there are 3-4 more bolts for the rear seatback. Lift up and the seat comes out.

Almost forgot. . make sure you open the trunk passthrough as it will prevent you from removing the seatback if you don't.
