    Thanx, this is my first time i ever installed anythign without any help.... proud of myself, heheheh

    A LOT OF MINOR custom work to fit that FORESTER DIN in,
    i still need a dremel to make it fit perfect...

    there is this rectangle piece that goes around the stereo that covers everything up.. i had to cut part of the top piece to fit in the top forester din, but it is still too tight.

    i also had to trim some of the forester din to let it fit in the stock stereo harness, easy but took me about 1hr30min for everything..

    after my dremel tomorrow, it shoudl be good.

    install stereo and Forester Din..
    approx. 2 hours or a little over 2 hours......

    it was a fun 2 hours!
    first time actually doing something ELECTRICAL in my car even though this is a minor stereo thing....
    Ive installed VAFC and SAFC..... but stereo stuff freaks me out, hehe

    Anyone also install this DIN in their car, and if so, how did you mount it securely to fit without the top lid slight rubbing against the top as you open and close.
