    Stock? Up pipe. Aftermarket? No. Do a search.

    seems that the popular opinion is to put them as close to the cylinder exhaust port as possible. There are SEVERAL threads covering this. and seems that they all say that the best would be to put it in the exhaust manifold.

    EDIT : for more info search on "EGT" on the "Engine and Performance" thread..

    Theres a real informative post over on do a search for egt install.

    It's installed in the driverside manifold. Easy to get to and easy to remove. Just make sure u have all the necessary tools and it will be very easy... at least the probe part will be. I'm still trouble-shooting why I'm not getting a reading.
