    Stupid armrest extension ?

    Hey guys,

I bought an armrest extension on ebay for my 2004 WRX. The guy said it would fit all WRX's however...

The lid bolts up but either the lid is not for my 2004 or I am missing a piece for the latch. Besides the two screws is there supposed to be a different latch that I don't have, an additional piece? All I have is a new lid.

Anybody have a pic of thier armrest extension with the lid up?

    Thanks,

    armrest

I have an armrest extension in my 03 wrx and it came with a latch to replace the button that you used to have to push to open your center console (on the base)...I hope that makes enough sense...I don't have a pic of mine right now but it sounds like they forgot to include that piece.

yeah there is a small metal peice that replaces the button. Its got a groove in it that allows the armrest to latch closed.
