    Speakers & Amp

Here is what I'm thinking of getting
    Front - Alpine SPR-136A
    Rear - Alpine SPS-100A
    Amp - Alpine MRV-F450
all for $547.00, what do you guys think of that setup and do you have suggestions for other speakers that are better because I really don't know much about them and I've just started shopping around for new ones

Not bad. Im probably going to do a similar setup, but still don't know what to get as far as components. So many good ones to choose from.

Check out iaperformance.com they sell adapters to put pretty much any 6.5" Component set in the front spaces.

Yeah, its a pain to figure out what speakers you want...I was pretty much settled on Boston Pros or Rally Series, but then I talked to a lot of people and heard some Diamond Audio Hex series...after comparing those and the DA M6, I went with the M6, onlinecarstereo.com has them for 230 bucks right now...couldn't pass that up. So they're in the mail I should be able to give some feedback in about a week .

Something that I heard pretty much everywhere I looked is to be careful about putting a lot of power to the rear speakers as it can really mess with the imaging of your front soundstage. The dope thing about the Diamonds is that the crossover has a "Rear Acoustic Fill" That time corrects the signal and sends it to the rear speakers at like 10dB less...so you have rear fill, but its matched. Good luck with the choices....
    4 tires...a motor...a couple doors I think...I'd have to check.
