    stock radio ????????

    has anyone had this happen to them ? when i was driving to work today the radio started to turn up on its own i had to turn the knob down to get it to go down. i dont real care to much because i am going to put an in dash dvd player in a couple days.

    People have posted about this happening. A search should turn up some information, since I don't remember what they did to remedy the problem. I guess that's one of the reasons why I'll install my Pioneer head unit as soon as I get a WRX.

    Stock radio = The Suck

    However, I would try to get it replaced by the dealer under warranty before you install your new unit so that you can then sell it after you install the new one. They go for aroudn $100-$150 on EBay, so it's not a bad call.
