WRX Speakers - the master list - add yours please

Seems like it would be very helpful to have a thread with a master list of speakers that folks have actually installed. Maybe if it fills up enough, we can get it stick-a-fied...

Please copy the text below and paste into your message, adding your details to this list; it would be very helpful for people looking at speakers. (I thought about adding Where Purchased?, but many other good threads on that subject in general.)

Good idea, if I did it I'd put em down.
Custom sub box size would be nice too.

    Brand: JL Audio
    Model#: 6.5 XR Component Set
    Size: 6.5"
    Depth: too deep to fit
    Bracer Size:
Did you use the upper component tweet: yes
Special Installation steps, if any: custom doors, widened to accomidate the speaker depth

    Rear Deck--------------(Special install steps please)
    Brand: JL Audio
    Model#: XR Coaxials
    Size: 6.5"
    Depth: doesnt matter
    Bracer Size:
Special Installation steps (obviously ya drilled something!!): went to town with a plasma cutter. I didnt want to hassle with custom rear doors so this seemed easier. I still havent cut the speaker holes in the back dash cover, so for now its bare metal and speakers back there...with dynamat of course.

don't know how to follow the correct outline that the others were using, but here:

    Boston Acoustic
    ProSeries 6.5
    6.5"
    forgot the depth
    .75" spacer
yes, these are components, so the tweeter went in the factory location
Special Steps: Had to mount the crossover in the door. speaker either makes the door panel vibrate from the bass, or it sticks out too far, hitting the door panel causing horrible pass side buzzing during certain frequency.
