    where is it mounted??
if it is above a passenger window and you get broadsided, then that person is either dead or unconscious...
if it were me i would have mounted it directly in front of my seat... or behind seein as how nobody really fits there anyways...congrats on a clean install.

Also, you want it so you can grab it with out moving too much. Up there, it becomes a projectile, and can kill somebody. I would mount it right in front of the driverís seat.

Mounting it infront of the driver's seat could make it a projectile under the car, it could get stuck under a pedal....but then again I cant see a situation where that would occur and then you would be moving still.

Anyway....good luck with it, and I agree -- hope you never have to use it.

if you use a correct mounting bracket and mount it properly, the fire extinguisher coming loose should not be a problem. I would be more worried about killing myself or a passneger with it in a crash, like i stated before...
