    Ignition switch light change...

Did a search, but didn't find an answer:

How can I change the green lit circle surrounding the ignition switch to, f.ex., red? I saw a photo here from Skispeed69 where he had changed his to blue -- but he didn't go into details and may not be active here anymore.

Yeah, I know it's a link to another enthusiast forum, but here's how to do it:

    No problem.

So any idea how to change the color of the OEM clock? Tried using transparent film (purple got it closest to blue), but it dimmed it out pretty bad...

Hmm...I was thinking in terms of transparent film too.

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with the way the film works. Looks great before you put the cover on; problem is that cover is a pretty dark smoke color that just dims it out. Maybe could have somebody fabricate a lighter colored cover. Might try some lighting gels or something to get a more even color. Let me know if you have any luck.
