    Those LCD/dvd players

    there is a cf cover over the glove compartment where the two greddy gauges sit.

    I'm trying to make a cover over the glove compartment similar to that so my lcd screen sits in the glove compartment.

    What materials is easy to work with?

    sites? would be helpful....thanks

    depends on what tools you have at hand... in general I would say some form of plastic is easy to work with and requires least amount of specialized tools and provides a good ready made surface finish. acrylic is cheap and easy to use, unexpaned styrene is easy to fabricate...glue with reznbond.
    MDF is also pretty easy, but you need some basic woodworking skills and you will have to prime and paint the mdf for a good surface finish.
