Question Where to mount my AVC-R?

Any ideas? I'd rather it be somewhere close to the top of the dash so I'm not looking down at it, and also not obstructing access to other instruments or switches.

I drive a GC8 WRX, but I'm just looking for ideas. Sat in the car last night trying differnt places, but couldn't make up my mind.

    Thanks.

Thanks. I tried mine in a similar spot. (RHD GC8 model) It obstructs the hazard light & demister switches, but they are still accessible.

I'm seriously thinking about mounting it on the dash in front of the factory fuel & temp guages, which are still visible behind it. The only thing that gets blocked is the ABS warning light, which I'm not too worried about anyway.

I have a storage bin up there with a hinged lid. It can be replaced with a gauge pod for a price, which would fit the avcr.
Just looking into less expensive options at the moment.

You could mount it in the small pocket right in front of the ashtray. (if you don't smoke)

The pocket I used had a hinged lid on it too. I just dremeled out a slot for the acvr to fit into. That way I can close it up and hide the acvr when I want too.
