...same thing I was thinking. They are really nice matts though. I would have to buy a cheapo set though. Of course I guess after awhile you get over it.

hows the quality on those? Ive never seen theses before. I used to buy aftermarket floormats for my previous car and have had very bad experience with the quality..

They're quite different from the stock WRX mats. The carpet weave is more like the loop side of velcro, which makes me think they'll be easier to clean and will stay nicer, longer. They also have velcro hooks on the bottom so that they don't shift around so much!

By the way, I've still got my stock floormats for beating on. These won't be put in the car until I have matching black leather.

Those look awesome. Too much money for my taste, but they definitely look nasty.

Reading the info at CC-B.com ('...heavy rubber backing...') it sounds as if these mats might work well for snowy winter driving. Does this seem to be the case?

It's funny that you mention the headlights. The body shop actually said that my original UK300's are in good shape and offered to paint them silver. This was after the insurance adjuster had figured $600 for new headlights and I bought the JDM's.

So, what does all of this mean? It means that my Suby will be coming home very soon with the UK300's still installed, and my JDM's in the back seat. Once I swap them out, they'll be for sale - CHEAP !
