    STI Shifter Trim Install

Ok, after looking at the trim I was like... looks easy, so I went in the car and took out the plastic shifter area thingy. Then when I was removing the boot from the thing I realized that this is not going to be easy. The trim is too big for the hole so I am going to be doing some dremeling.... Anyone have any advice on installing it? or know of any place with a tutorial?

I took some pics and I'm going to make a tutorial. I used a drill, grinder, and dremel.... Kind've tedious but it looks real good.
