    Question OEM Subwoofer Adjustment Question

I was wondering if anyone else has it, and what do you have the 2 knobs set at? I played around with the "high cut" and it didn't make any difference, so I left it set at center. With the gain, I had it set at full just to get some bass out of it. Does anyone have any suggestions? It sounds really bad, I can't even turn the volume past 8 before the speakers start distorting.

Be careful when you mess with the gain! If you set the gain up real high and turn the volume up, you'll make the speakers clip, which could cause them to get damaged or blow. That's also why you notice the distortion.

    Thanks.
The high cut and gain knobs seems to only affect the subwoofer and not the speakers. I could be wrong though.

Apparently the sub is connected to the rear speakers, so when you adjust the knob it wil affect them too.
