ok so i got my blue covers in today and i am going to go for the guage radio first tonight and then the guage pod tomorrow, wish me luck. hopefully i will suceed and if i could post pics i would but i cant so i wont. i cant figure out how to post them, they say the pics are too big, oh well i wont stress over it.

Yeah, ClubWRX lets you post pics up to I think 300k? More than plenty. If the pics are too big, just downsize them with a picture program. Adobe PhotoDeluxe if you have it works, or should you have Photoshop that works too.

Yea try to resize the pics. Also, make sure the pics are JPG, not BMP. I would like to see more install pics, so try to get them posted please.

I have had trouble uploading pics too from my own camera. I have resized the pics but they still won't post. I have a 3.2meg Sony so that may be why. Doesn't this mean you can only post images that are 3.0megs and lower?

well i might not be able to post install pics because i have already started and i dont have a camera anywhere but i can explain it in as much detail as possible.

i have ran into some probs but a few trips to home depot and i am ready to go. i think its worth the frustration and that is half the fun of doing mods yourself.

i did the gauge and fog lamp switch today.. i tried for audio and climate control but i have to try again.. and my fingers hurt!!

anyways, does anyone can tell me that if i can use bulb condom for the audio?

well i did the audio and the airconditioner with blue condoms, havent figured out how to change the LCD screen to blue yet but.....blue doesont quite work, kinda gives off a blue tint but its not that strong of a blue. i think i will have to get blue bulbs, i want bright blue like in the picture a few posts up.

can anyone help with this prob if so any giudence would be awesome

with the first pics on this post, did all you use were the condoms for the red condoms. dont really want to replace bulbs? will go with red if they turn up to be brighter than blue

blue turned up to be a dull blue tint, i am dissapointed

I did red bulb condoms and mine doesn't look that bright as well... and foglamp and cruise control switchs are almost invisible.

could you guys post pics with the blue bulb condoms?

im just curious the difference with the LED's

blue bulb condoms don't seem to work as well for the stereo, but they worked fine for the HVAC.
