I'm eager to see how blue lamp covers look. I think they would go great with my CD player.

The blues will look slightly "aqua" if you only use one cover, so you may want to use 2 unless you are looking for the light blue color. Make sure you post pictures if you do it!

The blue acutally looks pretty good, thier was a write up a while ago on how to do it and I happened to save some of the pictures of the install. Ill see if I cant post them up!

Try to get a few pics of diassembly of the dash. Such as, how to get the H&AC controls out, and location of the bulbs (radio, H&AC, gauge cluster, etc.).Originally posted by black03wrx

Well, the light was lit up but there is nothing wrong. The key was in the "on" position, but the engine was off. The light just comes on then, I guess its so that you know the light works

Yeah, blue condoms turns it to Aqua/Teal. You would want to actually replace the bulbs to get blue.
I've been wanting to swap the bulbs out, but I'm not that technically skilled to do such things.
There are 2 threads on NASIOC with some good detail. One is over like 10 pages long, and has tons of detail, pictures, etc. A few with guys who used blue bulb condoms.
