Alarm wierdness, ideas?

Ok, So I put new horns on the ol, girl (Autozone specials<G>) and now when my O.E.M alarm sounds the alarm horn on the strut doesnt sound, But the CAR horn does!!

WTF?

I didnt change anything but just took of the O.E.M horns and put on the Autozone ones,..........Makes no sense at all, At least to me.

Anybody got any ideas what went wrong?

The horn on the strut tower is only the alarm siren. The alarm confirmation uses the car horn in the front grill.

Yea, set that alarm off and then see which ones go off.

Thats the prob gentleman,

The Alarm when set off doe's come thru the front (Main) horns!!

Its tripping me out,

Cause I didnt touch nothing but the main horns!!

The alarm (the highly noticeable "radiation alert" sounding one the strut post<G>) worked fine before I put the new horns on..Now it just hangs their all silent as the front horns blar away!

Next stop..........Twilight Zone?

I just put em on using the O.E.M ground to radiator shroud and Pos. from the O.E.M horns, I figured the O.E.M Horn relay would do the trick as it did with the O.E.M horns.......

Maybe not?

I will tinker sometime this week....
