Lightbulb Speaker adapter ring info here.

I'm new to clubwrx but wanted to let the audiofiles out there know that there is hope for their sound system. A few months back I made a set of adapter rings for my 6.5" Mb quart (front and rear) and now I wanted to see if anyone out there would like a set to ease their install woes. I just thought people would like to know now there are more options rather than running the stock system, or the pioneer low depth speakers.

I'm interested in the adapter rings. I have 6.5 waiting to install after i have proper mounting rings. How much for a set of 4?

If you want 6.5" in your rear door you'll need to do some cutting of metal. 5.25" drop right in with adapter plates. I just ordered a recipricating metal cutting saw to go after my rear doors to put my spare set of MB Q 213s in. Should have it done in a week.

If you are willing to cut I can send you a template to mark where to cut and then a set of adapters to match. I need to do mine first though.

Drop me an email for more info. You are looking at $45 for standard fronts with rear adapters shipped.

Here is a pic of a front adapter finished. Take note these aren't rough cut pieces of wood, but rather perfect mirrored images of each other with use of router and some time.

I can vouch for Mr Clark. He is an EXCELLENT business man, and really takes care of his customers. He also manufactures a superb product, and I would highly recommend him. We have never met and are only affiliated through our business dealings together when I purchased a full set of speaker adapters for my WRX. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.

I'm sure he's a fine, upstanding citizen, but this is the Cockpit and Cabin forum, not For Sale.

ECS: If you want to sell your adaptors, either do it in the Personal For Sale forum or send an email to Admin@clubWRX.net and apply for vendor status.
