Got mine yesterday along with cabin filter... cargo net literally went in in about 3 mins. No more junk sliding in my trunk!

    *****ing Subaru Parts.Com

    I ordered F5510FS000 and those pr*cks sent me SS000, WTF !

And pretty slick of a Nissan dealer to buy the www.subaruparts.com web address and sell parts throught it.

    *****ers.

Relax dude. . same thing happened to me. Just give Trish a call and she'll fix everything. She's overnighting the correct net to me and sending a shipping label for the incorrect part. Also, they're a rather big dealership that sells Nissan's, Subaru's, Isuzu's, Jeep's, Mitsubishi's, Suzuki's, and Chrysler's. Mistakes happen sometimes. . .just call them tomorrow.

Cool...at least they're taking care of it like that...
BTW - i'm as pissed as i sounded, I just needed to vent - i was really looking forward to getting the net so all the crap in my trunk will stop rolling around.

    Thanks again for the info.

I got mine the other day, it is much smaller that I expected. Oh well it's still cool.

    Cool

Same happened to me too. Was happy to see the box this morning but when I opened, it was "SS000" instead of "FS000" ... called them & they are going to send the correct net & include a call tag too. Their service seems good!

    Yes...service seems very good...
Trish emailed me to advise replacement is shipping today.
Good to know good customer service still exists.
