Wagon: cargo bin vs cargo tray?

OK, I'd like to know what the difference is between the cargo bin and the cargo tray. Every time I find a place that has pictures of them, it's the same damn picture whether they're selling the bin or the tray.

    So what is what?

I'd like to know this too- I have the mat, but I hear the bin has little sides that fold up to hold stuff- anyone wanna chime in?

    bin

The tray is just a hard mat to protect the carpet.

The bin has little compartments you can fold up.

I just figured out how to use my cargo net properly... I always thought that you used the clips on the floor to hold things down... but actually is a net with pockets that you can orient vertically to hold things like groceries. Very handy.

I would get the bin but it is too expensive, and I get good usage out of the net.

The Cargo mat RULES....so does the net! Jutus, what do you mean? were you using the net horizontally or something? yeah, the net hooks onto 4 clips and stands vertically. I use that for my bottles of soda...fill up the whole damn net....I also use it to put severed limbs in. I don't like braking too hard and getting hit in the head by a forearm j/k

it mounts to the rear of the fold down seats...

    Talking

You can mount the net horizontally in the wagon, but in the cargo area, not on the rear seats.

    Much more useful when vertical.

The Cargo mat RULES....so does the net!

the reason you see the same picture for the bin and the tray is because what they dont tell you is that you need the tray for the bin to work. the bin is in addition to the tray, not a replacement. i hope this helps

Wow, you guys like your cargo nets! Usually, I don't get excited about getting things horizontal in the back of my wagon- well, not cargo nets anyway
