    What is this switch?

I have a 2 way toggle switch in the center console next to the handbrake and under the storage compartment armrest. The switch has a horizontal line in the up position, a O (for off I assume ) and 2 parallel lines in the down position. I pushed it but nothing happend. The manual doesn't have anything on it so I was wondering if anyone else has this switch? I can provide pics if you guys want to see what I am talking about.

That's not a stock switch. The previous owner installed something. Best to pull it out, and see where the wires lead.
Edit: Damn, beat to the punch again.

Probably for 1 shot of nos, or two shots of nos. Take it apart and follow where it goes to.

Definitely sounds like something somebody added after the fact.

Maybe a switch for the DRL?

they may have had an aftermarket dvd player in there and used that to make it think the e-brake was on to play dvd's on the go
