    Maybe the left and right channels are out of phase. Try swapping the two speaker wires going into ONE of the RCA cables.

    theres no need to run your rca/power wires on opposite sides of the car for a sub. the low pass filter will cross it over low enough and you'll never hear it. as far as your problem goes its from the line out converter your using. like the above post says, one of your channels are wired out of phase. just go back and check your wire connections at the line out converter. you have 2 wires backwards
