Seat Rail Extenders For More Legroom?

I'm 6ft 2, with a hip problem and I commute 90 miles RT every work day. The bucket seats in my 05 WRX wagon don't go back far enough and I get cramped up.
Is there some aftermarket adapter or complete rail system i can get that would allow more leg room?

What you might do is take your seats out and look at the factory rails. I am 6'8" and on a lot of vehicles that I have owned the factory rails will have differnt spots marked for holes to attach the seat. Drill out the holes and remote the seat in the new holes and you will usually gain a couple of inches of movement. If you really want to get a lot of leg room then it will probably be easiest to go with aftermarket seats and then you can mount the rails how you want them. I did this in my last car and it was awesome, there was not way anyone could sit behind me, but I had to fully extend my arm to hit fifth gear.

I wish I was tall... I drive with my seat way up. lol
If you are planning to move your rails back, don't plan on having any passangers behind you. Unless they don't have legs...

I hear everyone say that they wish they were tall, but most people do not think of the draw backs. There is at least 30 cars that I know of that I can never own for the simple fact that I can not physically get into them. Also try flying on a plane when you are 6'8".
