    Tach Gauge

I have installed egt/boost/tach gauge on my car..they are from Glow shift...I love them they have good colors and reads correct...just get the non-tinted ones...Here is my problem..I am unable to get the Tach to work right...the person who installed them stated I need a tach adapter....I have a 2002 WRX...If anyone has any insight on this I would love to hear it....paid 75.00 and it doesn't work...just lights up...
