Make a mistake again... need help guys :(

Well stupid me make a mistake again... seems like everytime I try to do something to my car, I will break something......

So today I was trying to install a set of nice dash cluster to my 03 WRX but found out the gauges lights are not working... so I took it out and install everything back... just return to stock... but after I finished to put back everything... I drove my car for a test drive... and I found out that my speedometer and rmp meter are not working smoothly... I don't know if I have broke something or what... the needle on the gauges are moving so not smooth like the springs were broken or something...

so my question is... what should I do? replace the whole cluster or take it to somewhere to fix it?...

If I replace the whole cluster (2003 WRX), will the mileage on the new cluster follow it own mileage, or will it read from my computer and show the original mileage from my car?

Take it apart again and double check every connection, most likely it's that simple...
