    Any Eclipse AVN owners?????

    I recently have been looking into getting the ipc-106 ipod adapter for my avn and from what i've read it sucks balls when you have to utilize the cd changer input becasue you lose i-pod control and you dont have on screen control of any ipod functions besides skipping songs..... Then i found this thing on ebay that is simply a aux jack with an ipod type plug on it that charges it as well...so i imagine that it still utilizes full ipod control through the ipod itself unlike the ipc-106 unit...I'm just wondering if it sounds legit...

    I work at a shop and I have never heard of this piece. I have an AVN7000, so I would be intersted to see if it works. But it is weird that we have not seen one of these pieces.

    Yea i think this guy makes them because he has a few different variations of the same product.... it looks like an excellent idea to me, and i was just wondering if anyone could think of any reasons this wouldnt work........

    I ended up buying it........this seems more practical then speding 50 bucks on the eclipse i-pod adapter and then dealing with the BS of losing control of your ipod and having limited controls of the ipod on my HU..........This way i get good sound and a charged battery and full control of my ipod.......

    I don't think it's made by eclipse because i looked all over their website and sw nothng of the sort.......But i did do some searching on google and found actual audio websites selling the same thing but for more money so i figured it had to be legit......I post up my findings when it gets here.....

    i have the AVN 6600, and I've never heard of it. Of course, I don't really know too much about sound systems, my dvd player just looked nice, so I got it.
