Access Port Mounted to Dash

Hey there, does anybody have any ideas on how i can mount my access port in the dash of my 06 wrx, if yes.. where should i mount it?

i've seen them mounted to the center left air vent.

Then again, im thinking of not mounting it, just incase it gets stolen or something, but i dont know.. i'll consider some things.

Seen it mounted in the cigarette lighter/pocket position for easy finger reach. Looked pretty clean.

Lol, if your talking about that little stash on the left of the steering wheel towards the bottom, thats the condom stash :-P. but i can figure something out.

lol no, but a good idea.

I was talking about the actual Cigarette lighter/ashtray thing just north of the stick shift. I wish I could find the picture, but he had made the mount jsut in front of the shifter and pointed towards the driver so he/she could see it for Boost readings/CELs. Looked cool, I kinda want one.

I think not mounting it is a good idea, sounds like a recipe for a broken window when someone comes to steal it for being out in the open.

I have a phone holder that has a little clip that clips to the AC vents and holds it pretty sturdy. It lets me take the AP out no problem and the phone holder comes out fairly easy.
