Average/good EGT&Oil Temp?

So i got my gauges installed finally but realized over the last few days i dont know what i should be looking for exactly... I noticed when my car has been running a while, egt is between 1100-1400. I dont know if thats good or bad really. ALso when is a good temp to get the oil up to before the car is "warmed up"?

My EGT never goes over 750 C, so that is just under 1400 F.

The engine is warmed up when the Oil gauge in your dash is around the middle or just below that

I will have to go look, but from what i can remember
Oil temp is about 120-190F maybe even 220F
and my EGT is 1400-1600F sometimes 1650F
