Newbie needs help: Temperature control Heating/Cooling

I have an 2002 WRX with the temperature control cable missing from the temperature control dial on the dash. I have been trying to find the actual temperature control module that the cable leads to so that I can switch the temperature to warm. Does anyone know where exactly where the temperature control module is located? I really need to switch the temperature to warm from cold because it's getting pretty cold in northern cali now. Thank you for your help.

Needs help with Temperature control cable destination

Anyone with an 02WRX, would you please see where the temperature control cable (white plastic cable) leads to. It starts at the temperature control dial (warm/cold) on the heater and AC control on the center dash. I bought my car with this cable missing so now i need to find out where it leads to. Thanks. Any help is greatly appreciated.
