2006 STI ProSport Gauges 60mm Electronic Boost Gague

I've heard good things about prosport gauges, so i decided to get one and try it out. I got the electronic boost gauge for 47 bucks shipped. Even though it doesn't match, I still like it. It's nice, big and easy to install. Price is awsome!! The damn pod was more expensive than the gauge. Need to do a better job on the double sided tape..oh well. What yall think.

Hey I just got the same things only the 52mm version. I will be installing it on Sunday and will post pictures. One question, did you have to modify the bracket that holds the gauge into the pod? It looks like mine is way to long. It bottoms out on the pod before it comes in contact with the screws. Why did you not use the hood? Does it show up alright in the day with out it?

I decided not to use the hood bc it doenst' look right. All i did to make it fit into the pod was wrap a layer of eletrical tape around it to hold it in. Other than that the gauge fit into the pod just fine. There's not that much glare without the hood. it all depends on you, if you want the hood installed.
