    1) wear your seatbelt [why is this still even debated?]
    2) search Seatbelt "Chime" fix

    Yes it is possible although I sincerely hope that you always wear your seat belt when driving. It has been covered before but I don't remember how to do it.

    turn ignition to ON (car still off)

    within 30 seconds...plug the seatbelt in/out 20 times.....


    works perfect, just did it to my 06 TR today at lunch!
