Hella Flexible Map Light - How is it installed?

I'm interested in getting the Hella (or similar) map light with the flexible gooseneck. I'd like to permanently mount the light rather than use the cigarette lighter, but I can't seem to find installatiom instructions online. Do you know how the base of the lamp fastens in place? I assume there is a screw or two.

    Pictures would be awesome.

    Thanks,
    Darrell

It's advertised as a permanently mountable map light, so I'd imagine there are provisions to mount it. That's what I'm asking about. Hella also advertises the light as needing hard-wiring and so tapping wires comes as a given anyway.
