    Seat belt tension adjustment?

One thing that annoys me about my 'X is that the shoulder harness often locks in place when I try to lean forward instead of giving like it's supposed to. Is there anyway to adjust it so it has more play? I have the factory manual but there's nothing in there about that. Any help would be appreciated.

im sure there is no way to change it....this is the mechanism that keeps you from going through the winshield when you smash into a brick wall.......mine does it every now and then.....all u gotta do is lean back and it releases itself
