As for installing the Tv it was simple- finding a tv with just the right dimensions was difficult.

I had to remove the outter shell of the LCD screen, so that it can be flush mounted. After removing the stock radio which was the easiest part of the project; I had to make mounting brackets to support the new screen

To make the bracket i needed some thin sheet metal and created some thing like this you need 2 ,but 3 would be nice.

the back of the lcd would fit inside while the flat side fo the bracket sould be screwed and glued to the trim. ( i had to make sure it wasnt screwed to far so that it showed on the outside..

But before doing anything i had to pick up some rubber trim. the kind used for subwoofers,to protect the LCD to platic trim

2 small holes were drilled on the trim so that the beam could be exposed; so that i can use the remote.... ( i will later created a tinted square to make it more professional.)

any questions on relocating the radio let me know... its a PAIN in the ButtOX

Yup, I meant the part about relocating the radio/receiver looked like the hard part. Must have been pretty scary, cutting your trim.... big risks, big returns.

I'd love to hear more about how you did it, if you have time...
