i've looked and found a few, for the most part, though, it seems as though they're all wearing in a similar pattern. i'd hate to spend $100+ and have to end up wrapping it in 6 months.

plus, i want the feel of NEW leather.

    Fair enough.

In that case I second the JPM Coachworks recommendation. I personally have never used them but, they have a really good reputation around here.

Yes. found lots of flayed flesh and a nasty striped sweater in the back when i picked the car up.

called JPM, while i appreciate their work and will hopefully utilize them one day, i don't need a $500 alcantara wrapped wheel for this baby.

i will keep exploring my options, has anyone ever tried to re-wrap a steering wheel themselves?

No, but for the effort it would take to do that properly with no wrinkles, I think you'd be better off finding a used wheel on nasioc or something. Check out the part out threads. My bugeye had over 100k, and the wheel wasn't even remotely worn out, so you can find good ones out there.

I was actually hoping to see a shark biting a steering wheel in this post. Thread does not deliver.
