Should I add the...brass insert? the say recommended.

    Size?

    Grooves for better shifting?

Collar height? Shorter or keep it what it is?

    I have a 5 speed.

What options would look best and what would be most comfortable to shift?

Stock one's not that good IMO

Best advice I can give you: put as many knobs in your hand as you can :giggity:

Seriously, this is a personal preference thing. Some prefer heavy, some prefer light. Some prefer large, some prefer small.

It's all personal preference. Go with what's comfortable with you. Get what you want, not what others want you to have.

I have the hybrid piston. It's great. I've also felt one similar to this in the COBB ball shift knob. Feels really nice. I'd say you can't go wrong with any WC knobs. If it's not up to your standards, they will work with you to make it 100% right.

I have an aluminum piston with leather wrap. I love it. Looks good and matches my interior nicely.

None of us however can tell you what you will like.

I'm guessing the grooves are a result of circumcision?
