My second day with. My 13' WRX and I've elbowed it back to lower position a few times shifting gears.

This honestly the only thing that's been driving me crazy about my '13 WRX. Gonna try to fix this on the weekend. I wish these consoles were bigger. That or I have too much crap stashed inside.

This has happened to me twice now. Same year model as OP, the first time they replaced the lid, then it started happening again (very unsafe when changing gears!) the second time they replaced the whole center unit. Much better, no issues with the new one.
