    Problem solved! Pinched vacuum hose in the dash area...

    That looks like it's tapped off the BPV control line, correct (judging from the master cylinder and booster in the background)? They didn't do a very neat job, that's for sure. I tapped mine directly off the intake manifold, but I have a bugeye, which is setup differently from yours, and none of my vacuum lines have loom on them.
