My 2013 WRX Black Upper Interior Conversion

Hey guys so I got tired of the cheap looking two tone interior and decided to do something about it. I was not however planning on botching up my brand new car to give it any cheap feel. After a fair set of research I decided id go with duplicolor vinyl spray and a nice suede headliner, Now the headliner is the easiest part, getting the other pieces of trim to look completely oem on the other hand is the challenge.

Today I decided to tackle the A,B & C pillars and the front dome light. The results were literally amazing, I went really light on the coats, the material looks and feels perfectly OEM, when you compare it to the piece that comes black stock in the trunk you CANNOT tell them apart. I ran out of time but will continue with more pics as I finish the job completely, I can turn this into a write up if you guys would like!

Anyone know what type of black duplicolor is the best though? And does it need a clear coat added on or just the black?

Thanks guys, its the duplicolor vinyl & fabric spray, make sure its the MATTE finish one. You dont need to use anything else, it is however important that you clean the surfaces with some alcohol then go lightly on the coats, the paint is extremely light which is how the oem pattern and feel is able to stay intact.

Get it from Lowe's or Home Depot?

Also, can you still armorall the interior after this?

actually advance autoparts has it, not sure of others, I assume any good auto parts store. I recommend 4 cans, get gloves so that when you are cleaning the pieces no oil from your skin gets on the pieces from you holding it & dont forget the alcohol
