    Cluster Dimmer

I was installing the Lamco Boost Gauge today and somehow blew the fuse #12 (illumination) and ever since then I cant get the dimmer to work. It is stuck on the lowest setting and is barely visable. I checked the other fuses and are okay. Any thoughts?

Check your wiring. The fuse blew for a reason, so trace all your leads. I suppose it might be possible to burn up the dimmer pot, but I doubt that.

I pulled the under of the steering column and didn't notice anything strange. The Boost gauge isn't hooked up electrically anymore so that couldnt be the problem could it? (although the wire is still hooked up to the back of the radio deck)
