i have an 02 wrx hatchback and want to switch my seats out for 02-07 sti seats, will they direct bolt on or will i need to modify the rails any? anyone know?

I doubt the rears would bolt up.. besides, they don't have any backing on them, at least not in the 02-07 WRX, the backs of the rear seats is just unfinished foam rubber sticking out.. I would think that would look pretty crappy.
