My 2012 WRX has plastic guides around the rear seat latches that look like they have to be removed to allow the 2012 Impreza rear seat back protectors to be attached. Did you remove these? Were the seats then sloppy from side to side without these guides?

Sorry, I think I replied to the wrong person a moment ago.

My 2012 WRX has plastic guides on the rear and sides of the rear seat back latches. Did you have to remove these to attach the 2012 Impreza seat back protectors? Did you just replace them with the plugs that come with the kit? Were the seat backs then sloppy from side to side without the original plastic guides?

How/where did you attach it to the back of the seats? which points.... I just picked up a set but obviously it needs to be modified and doesn't just clip on.

I know they used to make them for the GR/GH Imprezas. Not sure if they're around anymore.

The 2012 impreza seat back protector fits close enough, it just has those square holes where the anchor points are on the 2012 impreza seatback that the wrx doesn't have, but you could just put some plastic behind that and it would serve its purpose well enough. I don't have pics but if you look at the link Azianmunk posted you'll see what I'm talking about.
