    LED Replacement

Has anyone replaced their interior lights (Dome, Map, Trunk) with LED's? If so what brand you use/recommend? I drive a 2012 STI Hatch.

I got mine from ProdrivenAuto. They are not quite as bright as some I have seen, but they are still damn bright, and at $40 a set, are not too too bad a price.

Only thing I don't like is that the glove box light didn't fit.....but I have yet to find a bright white one to fit there from any place due to the unique case the led has.

    Seriously check out v-leds.com

I've had mine for over 2 years and they're still as bright as ever. Most of my friends bought from other places and for the most part they aren't as nice.

Those are some good looking bulbs, and the sale prices are nice.

Yup, they're amazing. Only downside is that they don't sell bulb "packages" for your car, so you have to look up the bulb size and order what/how many accordingly. IMO, it's not a big deal for a better product.

That's how I bought mine from superbrightleds.com. Didn't mind having to order exactly what I wanted.

I did have to modify the License plate bulbs a little though. When putting the covers back on, the bulb would go out. Turned out the contacts were being pushed apart by the heat shrink on the bulb. Trimmed that off and have been good since.
