    Amp under 2011 hatch floor..

In the perfect world I would like to put an amp under the floor of my 2011 hatch just to the right of the spare after removing the foam piece. I'm thinking my choices are:

Class A/B with a fan, class D with a fan or class D with no fan.

If you have a 2011 hatch, you know about the small "corner" of the floor (right rear) that hinges up and I was thinking about making some kind of screen to cover the hole but still allow ventilation.

    I welcome any opinions.

Now I will have to check this corner out when I get home tonight. I was just thinking about alternatives to putting my amp under my passenger seat. If you follow through, please post pics.
