I have a Subaru OEM performance gauge pack on my 2004 STi. The oil temperature indication has stopped working. I believe the problem lies with oil temp sensor that is part of the oil pan drain plug. I read open or infinite resistance across the two leads from the sensor. I have called the local Subaru dealer to order a new sensor (part number H5010FC025) but have been told the part is obsolete and the only way to get one is to order the complete gauge pack. Does anybody know where I could get one of these? Thanks.

I know it's been a while, but I've got a brand new H5010FC025 for sale. I chased it down across all Subaru dealers across the USA and got the very last one back in 2010. You can't get them unless you buy the gauge pack now.
Let me know if you are interested .. you can see it here:

I'm sorry, the sensor has been sold.
