The drain hoses for the window run down the side of the trunk inside the jack area. Is it disconnected or torn? That can mess with you sometimes. Also, +1 Donkey's idea. The bolts on the top of the inside of the trunk can leak.

bolts are sealed up top for the wing. i used rtv silicone sealer its for engins but what the hell i found the leak but idk how to seal it. down by the trunk latch on the car 3 inches to the right and the left there are factory pressed wholes and they are letting water in. i have no idea why they are just open wholes in my trunk. im gonna get some plugs and seal that.
